Another Successful Day Logged In The Books.

✅📚

What do you do once you have momentum? Well you can do what winners do or you can do what the extraordinary do.

Friday I funded another $70,000 for small businesses in one day, wrapping up a strong Friday and bringing significant commissions for the sales office. So far this month I am already on track for another $10,000 in commissions for all of my efforts and the month isn’t even over yet. I know I have a lot more in me. I know I can push further.

Today after we had our Monday morning meeting, when the facilitator roared why last week sucked so much for the majority of people, he pointed out that only 3 of the 12 people in the office brought in more than 90% of the sales volume for the month (I looked at the board and realized I brought in more than 70% of all of the company’s volume), and challenges boisterously the whole office how 12 deals were funded by those 3 people even though there are 12 people in the room. So we’re doing the leg work for 9 additional people. Then it dawned on me the separator between people who are good, people who are great, and people who are unstoppable.

{Picture below: writing my most recently funded deal. 6 of those deals listed have my name on them and a bonus, can you see them all? Also, I’ve funded one more since then, so that makes 7. The bulls won 6 championships under Jordan. So I’m being like Mike? 🤷🏽‍♂️)

Over the weekend. I fell for all of the constant hype ringing in my ear that I need to watch The Last Dance docuseries on Netflix because it had such a compellingly inspirational message. And it did. I saw how much Michael Jordan was different from everybody and it reminded me of the time I had met MJ’s personal trainer Tim Grover at the 10X Growth Conference in Vegas when he got up on stage and described the different categories of people.

There’s coolers, there’s cleaners and there’s closers. Michael Jordan is a closer. The whole time although I was feeling like a cleaner, but that day I realized I was really the closer.

Here is the difference between the three, as outlined by Tim Grover himself on his site.
